Celle Medical provides cosmetic and wellness services performed by licensed professionals. Content on this site is for general information only. It is not medical advice and does not replace an in-person consultation with a qualified clinician.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to book or purchase. Clients under 18 require a parent or legal guardian present and documented consent for eligible services.

3. Appointments and deposits

• Some services require a partial prepayment or a credit card on file to secure the booking.

• Your appointment time is not guaranteed until you complete the required deposit or card hold.

• Arrive on time. Late arrivals may be shortened or rescheduled at our discretion.

4. Cancellations and no-shows

• Cancel or reschedule at least [X] hours before your appointment through our booking portal or by contacting us.

• Late cancellations or no-shows incur a fee or forfeiture of deposit as posted in the booking flow.

• Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future visits.

5. Contraindications and treatment suitability

We reserve the right to decline or modify a service if it is not safe or appropriate based on your health history, medications, or assessment on the day of service. You may be asked to complete consent forms and disclose relevant health information.

6. Payments and pricing

• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card processing is handled by third-party processor Boulevard.

• Prices can change without notice. Posted promotions cannot be combined unless stated.

• Gratuities are optional and appreciated where applicable.

7. Website accounts and content

If you create an account, keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.

8. Communications and texting

By providing a phone number or email, you consent to receive transactional messages about appointments, reminders, and follow-ups. You may also opt in to marketing messages. Standard carrier rates apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS marketing.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Stem Bar Medical Aesthetic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stem Bar Medical Aesthetic and our staff from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or breach of law.
